This is how i'm going to do this
I will recuit the day it comes out, but there will NOT be a roster until...
The member is active enough for 1 week or 2
The member plays enough for the 1st week or 2 to show they are qualified to make it into a clan that will have a division of eliteist skill. I plan to make us one of the stonger clans out there and this will be my method
When these 2 simple things are done, they will be qualified for a tryout hosted by either myself of possibly someone else.
